About RNL Home Improvements
Raul Mireless and I have a longstanding history with NWA, dating back to 1997. Our journey in the construction industry began with a focus on siding, roofing, tree cutting, and exterior services. However, it was in 2012 when we embarked on a new chapter by establishing RNL Home Improvements, headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas. Our primary specialization became siding, but our services expanded to encompass decks, fencing, window installation, roofing, power washing, and door installation.
Our overarching mission has consistently revolved around delivering exceptional services. Central to this mission is our commitment to attracting and retaining top-tier talent within our organization. We have always prioritized ongoing training and development for our staff, fostering a culture that values teamwork and champions success. Equally important to us has been maintaining an exemplary safety record, boasting a track record with nearly zero accidents.
Unfortunately, in 2022, we experienced a profound loss with the passing of one of our co-founders, Raul Mireless, as a result of COVID-19. Despite this setback, we remain resolute in upholding the legacy of excellence that has come to define our brand.
